电厂汽轮机及其辅机设备节能技术要点探究

本文简要研究了电厂汽轮机及其相关设施节能改进的可行性,从水泵、机组系统等方面,梳理了节能改进的技术要点;结合实例汽轮机,阐述其能耗表现,给出可行的节能改造方案,以能源消耗为目标,对比改造前后的能耗情况,以此验证节能技术的应用效果.经实践节能改造分析发现:更换先进的通流技术,扩增冷却处理容量等措施,具有一定节能改造优势,成功降低了机组19g/kWh的燃煤量,获得了初步的节能改造成效,值得推广.
Exploration on the Main Points of Energy-saving Technology of Power Plant Turbine and its Auxiliary Equipment
This paper briefly studies the feasibility of energy-saving improvement of power plant turbine and its related facilities,and combs through the technical points of energy-saving improvement from the aspects of pumps,unit systems,etc.;combining with the example turbine,explains its energy consumption performance,gives feasible energy-saving transformation program,and compares the energy consumption before and after the transformation with energy consumption as the target to validate the effect of the energy-saving technology application.After practicing the energy-saving transformation analysis,it is found that:replacing the advanced through-flow technology,expanding the cooling treatment capacity and other measures have certain advantages of energy-saving transformation,successfully reducing the unit's coal combustion of 19g/kWh,and obtaining the preliminary energy-saving transformation results,which is worth promoting.
