关于身份识别与身份盗窃的研究

摘要
电子商务和电子政务的健康发展离不开对个人身份的准确识别.文章提出了身份识别理论、身份识别方式和身份识别体系,然后对身份盗窃进行了分类并阐述其犯罪过程,最后总结了身份盗窃的特点及其危害.
Abstract
The healthy development of e-commerce and e-government cannot be separated from the accurate identification of personal identity.The article puts forward the theory of identification,identification methods and identification system,then classifies identity theft and describes its criminal process,and finally summarises the characteristics of identity theft and its harm.
