An I/Q Mismatch Correction Method for Zero IF Receivers
Zero IF architecture has simple structure, small size and low power consumption, but there exists I/Q mismatch problem, which leads to system performance degradation, this paper gives an I/Q mismatch correction algorithm to quantitatively analyze the change of I/Q before and after the correction by using the IMRR index, which is simple, with small amount of computation, and easy to implement.16QAM modulation signal is modeled and simulated as the input signal by using matlab simulink, which gives the simulation before and after I/Q correction. The 16QAM modulated signal is modeled and simulated using matlab simulink, and the simulation diagrams and data comparison before and after I/Q correction are given.
