摘要

根据烟道加固肋的设计计算方法,介绍了依据火力发电厂烟风煤粉管道设计规范与有限元受力分析两种计算方法,在某实践项目中进一步探讨了加固肋设计选型的经济性.并根据工程中某机组烟道加固肋的设置情况,进行了烟风道烟道设计规范设计与有限元受力分析的比较.

Abstract

According to the design calculation method of flue reinforcement rib,two calculation methods based on the design code of flue gas pulverized coal duct of thermal power plant and finite element force analysis are introduced,and the economy of the design selection of reinforcement rib is further discussed in a practical project.We carried out a comparison between the design of flue gas duct flue design code and finite element force analysis based on the setting of reinforcement ribs of flue gas duct of a unit in the project.
