摘要
随着社会的高质量发展,各行业对电能的需求量越来越高.水电站中水轮发电机组功能的发挥与安装操作流程息息相关,只有严格控制机组安装质量,才能提高其使用的安全性.然而,在机组安装阶段,可能由于操作人员技术措施运用不当,导致安装过程存在质量缺陷,后期机组运行存在各类问题,对发电质量造成影响.对此,需要行业人员深度分析机组安装问题所在,给予高度重视,规范安装操作,合理应用安装技术,为发电机组的良性运行提供支持.
Abstract
With the high-quality development of society,the demand for electric energy in various industries is getting higher and higher.The function of hydro generator set in the hydropower station is closely related to the installation process,and only by strictly controlling the quality of the unit installation,can the safety of its use be improved.However,in the unit installation stage,may be due to the operator's technical measures are not used properly,resulting in the installation process there are quality defects,the later unit operation there are all kinds of problems,on the quality of power generation.In this regard,it is necessary for industry personnel to deeply analyze the problems of unit installation,pay great attention to it,standardize the installation operation,and reasonably apply the installation technology to provide support for the benign operation of the generator set.
