摘要

当前,煤矿企业在进行煤矿资源开采的过程中需要使用到一些机械设备,例如,典型的采煤机设备,其施工效率直接关系到我国煤矿资源的开采效率.然而,在采煤机运行的过程中,有时会出现截齿失效的现象,影响了采煤机的施工效率,降低了煤炭资源的开采力度.本文论述了煤矿采煤机截齿失效的类型、原因以及对采煤的影响,在对其失效机理分析的基础上提出了一些有效的改进措施,为煤矿采煤机的平稳运行提供一些参考.

Abstract

At present,coal mining enterprises need to use some mechanical equipment in the process of mining coal resources,for example,the typical coal mining machine equipment,whose construction efficiency is directly related to the mining efficiency of China's coal resources.However,in the process of coal mining machine operation,sometimes the phenomenon of truncated teeth failure occurs,which affects the construction efficiency of coal mining machine and reduces the mining of coal resources.This paper discusses the type,reason and impact on coal mining of coal mining machine interceptor failure,and puts forward some effective improvement measures based on the analysis of its failure mechanism,to provide some reference for the smooth operation of coal mining machine.
