摘要

双参量威布尔分布是一种常用的可靠性模型,广泛应用于工程和科学领域.本文基于Python语言环境,介绍了如何使用Python来实现双参量威布尔分布的可靠性分析,并通过国家标准GB/T 34987-2017《威布尔分析》和IEC 61649:2008《Weibull analysis》验证了它的正确性.

Abstract

Two-component Weibull distribution is a commonly used reliability model,which is widely used in engineering and scientific fields.Based on Python language environment,this paper introduces how to use Python to realize the reliability analysis of bi-parametric Weibull distribution,and verifies its correctness through the national standard GB/T 34987-2017"Weibull analysis"and IEC 61649:2008"Weibull analysis".
