大数据背景下人力资源数字化管理平台建设研究

由于现行平台在人力资源数字化管理中应用效果不佳,不仅信息传输跳数较高,而且管理服务请求响应时间较长,无法达到预期的管理效果.因此本文提出大数据背景下人力资源数字化管理平台建设研究,采用模块化形式对平台的功能模块设计,共设计了职工个人信息模块、职称评定模块、工资管理模块、考勤管理模块以及培训管理模块五个功能模块,利用大数据技术对人力资源数字化分类处理,利用数据库技术对人力资源数字化信息存储管理,以此完成平台建设.经实验证明,建设平台人力资源数字化信息传输跳数低于10跳,管理服务响应时间短于1s,在人力资源数字化管理方面具有良好的应用前景.
Research on the Construction of HR Digital Management Platform under the Background of Big Data
Since the current platform is poorly applied in the digital management of human resources,not only the number of information transmission hops is high,but also the response time of management service request is long,which can't achieve the expected management effect,so this paper proposes the research on the construction of human resources digital management platform under the background of big data.The modular form of the platform's functional module design,designed a total of five functional modules,employee personal information module,title evaluation module,salary management module,attendance management module and training management module,the use of big data technology for human resources digital classification and processing,the use of database technology for the storage and management of digital human resources information,in order to complete the construction of the platform.The experiment proves that the number of HR digital information transmission hops of the construction platform is lower than 10 hops,and the response time of management service is shorter than 1s,which has a good application prospect in the digital management of human resources.
