The Manifestation of Algorithmic Discrimination in Library Information Management and Its Governance
This paper discusses the many manifestations and causes of algorithmic discrimination, and argues that the core of algorithmic discrimination is that algorithmic adjustments cannot dynamically fit the knowledge and service needs of users, resulting in a high threshold of service and technology, and puts forward a series of governance strategies aimed at perfecting user profiles, utilizing open source technology, and realizing cross-media resource integration.
