摘要

通过采用变频调速技术对工业生产设备电气自动化控制系统进行改造和升级,充分挖掘其在不同生产领域的应用价值,发挥其在降低设备生产成本、提高设备生产效率、提升设备工作性能、优化设备传动性能等方面的优势,有效提升企业的生产效率、减少资源浪费、提高经济效益,全面提升我国工业的综合竞争力.因此,应该重视对电气自动化控制中变频器节能技术的研究与实践.鉴于此,本文主要分析电气自动化控制中变频调速技术.

Abstract

Through the use of frequency conversion speed control technology for industrial production equipment electrical automation control system for transformation and upgrading,fully explore its application value in different production areas,play its advantages in reducing equipment production costs,improve equipment production efficiency,improve equipment performance,optimize equipment transmission performance,so as to effectively enhance the enterprise's production efficiency,reduce waste of resources,improve economic efficiency,to comprehensively enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of China's industry.Comprehensively enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of China's industry.Therefore,we should pay attention to the study and practice of energy-saving technology of inverter in electrical automation control.In view of this,this paper mainly analyzes the electrical automation control inverter speed control technology.
