浅谈设计心理学和人机交互设计的关系研究

在信息技术每年以指数级增长的今天,人工智能技术的成熟和在多个行业应用的成功引发了人们对人工智能为人们服务的美好想象和憧憬.人与机器的关系一直作为科学家和普通大众重点关注对象之一."人机共生"观念的提出为人与机器关系发展提供了一条可行的研究道路.为了更好地为用户服务,提高用户体验,设计心理学作为一种跨学科的研究方法对于人机交互研究中的重要的领域和方向.本文从设计心理学的角度探讨对人机交互方向的研究思路和贡献,如何更好地将设计心理学的理念运用到人机交互的设计中.
Abstract
With the exponential growth of information technology every year,the maturity of artificial intelligence(AI)technology and the success of its application in many industries have triggered people's beautiful imagination and longing for AI to serve people.The relationship between man and machine has been as one of the key concerns of scientists and the general public.The concept of"human-machine symbiosis"provides a feasible research path for the development of human-machine relationship.In order to better serve users and improve user experience,design psychology as an interdisciplinary research method is an important field and direction in the study of human-computer interaction.This paper discusses the research ideas and contributions to the direction of human-computer interaction from the perspective of design psychology,and how to better apply the concepts of design psychology to the design of human-computer interaction.
