国有企业融媒体素材管理对策研究

摘要
当前,国有企业在融媒体包括融媒体素材管理方面还存在着融媒体素材内容质量不高,内容缺乏创新和吸引力,缺乏激励机制和培训机制,平台多、人员少、资源少等一些问题,为此,国有企业应该从引入用户生成内容、构建"融媒体学院"、采用现代信息技术进行素材分类和筛选等方面制定科学合理的融媒体素材管理策略,以适应市场变化和企业发展需要.
Abstract
At present,state-owned enterprises in the integrated media including the management of integrated media material still exists in the integrated media material content quality is not high,the content lack of innovation and attraction,the lack of incentives and training mechanisms,more platforms,fewer personnel,fewer resources and some other problems,for this reason,state-owned enterprises should be from the introduction of user-generated content,the construction of the"Institute of Integrated Media For this reason,state-owned enterprises should formulate scientific and reasonable integrated media material management strategies from introducing user-generated content,constructing"integrated media academy",adopting modern information technology for material classification and screening,etc.,so as to adapt to the market changes and the needs of enterprise development.
