中波数字调幅广播发射机TSD系列目前已经成为中波发射台的主用机型.与原来使用的PDM机型相比,数字发射机的各项电声技术指标更加优异.且具备比较完善的各类控制、检测和保护系统,尽管如此,在实际使用中也会出现了很多的问题.以我台TSD-50数字发射机为例,该机多次出现了风机故障、高压电源柜的主继电器K2和低压电源柜的整流桥堆都是多次损坏和更换,为彻底解决问题,在与生产厂家交流过后,确定这些问题都是由于设计上的缺陷造成的.对此,情况我台技术人员深入研究分析,进行了改进,本改进解决了此问题,效果明显.
Improvement of Design Defects of Medium-wave TSD-50 Digital Transmitter
The medium wave digital AM transmitter TSD series has become the main model of medium wave transmitter.Compared with the original use of PDM models,digital transmitters of the electro-acoustic technical indicators are more excellent.And has a more complete variety of control,detection and protection systems,but despite this,in practice,there will be a lot of problems.To my station TSD-50 digital transmitter,for example,the machine has repeatedly appeared fan failure,high-voltage power supply cabinet of the main relay K2 and low-voltage power supply cabinet of the rectifier bridge stack are many times damaged and replaced,in order to completely solve the problem,in the exchanges with the manufacturer,to determine that these problems are due to design defects caused by.In this case,our technicians studied and analyzed the situation in depth,and carried out the improvement,this improvement solved the problem,and the effect is obvious.
