Research on Material Scale Compliance Monitoring Model Based on Typical Design of Distribution Network Engineering
This paper monitors the compliance of material demand plan and requisition plan in terms of quantity and amount dimensions by combing the upper and lower limits of typical design material ratios and analyzing and measuring the price conversion factor,in addition to verifying the practical feasibility and utility of the monitoring model through detailed example verification to ensure the sustainable development and high-quality completion of the project.In terms of quantity scale,the materials in a typical design were first classified and their proportioning relationships were analyzed.With this information,a model for the quantity sizing analysis of project materials was developed to ensure that the material requirements match the actual needs of the project.This process is crucial for resource allocation and inventory management.In terms of the total price range,this paper introduces a price conversion factor to take into account the procurement cost,transportation cost and maintenance cost of different materials,which helps to ensure the economy and feasibility of the project.
