摘要

本文探讨了机器视觉技术在知识产权维权中,尤其是外观自动化检测流程中的应用.为了克服传统人工检测方法效率低、自动化和智能化程度低等缺陷,设计了一种基于机器视觉的产品外观检测方法,本文完成了实验系统重要硬件的选型工作,搭建了基础实验平台.实验平台包括USB图像采集模块、次和软件控制模块,为了提高机器视觉检测系统准确率,对采集到的图像进行了处理,最终识别出待检产品外观缺陷.

Abstract

This article discusses the application of machine vision technology in intellectual property rights protection,especially in the automated appearance inspection process.In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional manual inspection methods such as low efficiency and low automation and intelligence,a plastic bottle appearance inspection method based on machine vision was designed.This paper completed the selection of important hardware for the experimental system and built a basic experimental platform.The experimental platform includes a USB image acquisition module,a secondary and software control module.In order to improve the accuracy of the machine vision inspection system,the collected images are processed and finally the appearance defects of the products to be inspected are identified.
