本文设计了一种基于LSTM(长短期记忆网络)的低压电力线宽带载波HPLC组网程序故障诊断方法.首先对HPLC组网程序的故障进行降维处理,形成HPLC组网程序的故障信息属性矩阵,再进行坐标转换和线性组合,成功采集到HPLC组网程序故障数据.在数据清洗和预处理之后,通过分析预处理后的数据,提取出能反映HPLC组网程序运行状态和性能的特征参数.借助HPLC组网程序故障信息的冗余关系,定义了HPLC组网程序故障诊断模型学习的训练过程的能量函数,成功构建了通信网络阻塞故障诊断模型.对于HPLC组网程序故障发生位置的定位,需要从网络连接、控制程序、硬件设备、实验室环境等方面进行检查.最后,通过实验结果表明,设计的基于LSTM的低压电力线宽带载波HPLC组网程序故障诊断方法,故障参数与实际故障参数误差在0.05以内,证明设计的方法更好更准确.
Fault Diagnosis of Low Voltage Power Line Broadband Carrier HPLC Networking Program Based on LSTM
This article designs a low-voltage power line broadband carrier HPLC networking program fault diagnosis method based on LSTM(Long Short Term Memory Network).Firstly,perform dimensionality reduction on the faults of the HPLC networking program to form the fault information attribute matrix of the HPLC networking program.Then,perform coordinate transformation and linear combination to successfully collect the fault data of the HPLC networking program.After data cleaning and preprocessing,feature parameters that reflect the running status and performance of HPLC networking programs are extracted by analyzing the preprocessed data.By utilizing the redundancy relationship of fault information in HPLC networking programs,the energy function of the training process for learning the HPLC networking program fault diagnosis model was defined,and a communication network blocking fault diagnosis model was successfully constructed.For the location of HPLC networking program faults,it is necessary to check from aspects such as network connection,control program,hardware equipment,laboratory environment,etc.Finally,the experimental results show that the designed LSTM based fault diagnosis method for low-voltage power line broadband carrier HPLC networking program has an error between fault parameters and actual fault parameters within 0.05,proving that the designed method is better and more accurate.
