为实现对供热系统电气设备运行状态的实时监测与故障检测,本研究提出了一种基于数字化监测技术的解决方案.论文首先阐述了数字化监测技术的概念、组成及优势,并对供热系统典型电气设备故障模式进行了分类分析.然后详细描述了数字化监测技术在供热系统电气设备故障检测中的应用,包括传感器选择与布置、数据采集与处理系统架构、故障检测与诊断算法设计.通过构建水泵实验平台并设置典型故障模式,采用知识库法、FFT分析和SVM算法对比测试了不同故障下的监测特征.结果表明,所提出的基于数字化监测技术的方法可以准确识别各种供热系统电气设备故障,实验验证了该方法的有效性.研究为提高供热系统可靠性、实现状态检测智能化提供了参考借鉴.
Fault Detection and Analysis of Heating System Electrical Equipment Based on Digital Monitoring Technology
In order to realize real-time monitoring and fault detection of heating system electrical equipment operation status,this study proposes a solution based on digital monitoring technology.The thesis firstly describes the concept,composition and advantages of digital monitoring technology,and classifies and analyzes the typical electrical equipment failure modes of heating system.Then,the application of digital monitoring technology in the fault detection of electrical equipment of heating system is described in detail,including the selection and arrangement of sensors,the architecture of data acquisition and processing system,and the design of fault detection and diagnosis algorithms.By constructing the pump experimental platform and setting up typical fault modes,the monitoring characteristics under different faults are tested by comparing the knowledge base method,FFT analysis and SVM algorithm.The results show that the proposed method based on digital monitoring technology can accurately identify various heating system electrical equipment faults,and the experiment verifies the effectiveness of the method.The study provides a reference for improving the reliability of heating system and realizing the intelligence of condition detection.
