摘要
在新时代,传统媒体与新媒体融合进程不断加快,为传统媒体人职业发展带来巨大挑战的同时也提供全新的方向和思路.结合媒体融合趋势以及市场需求,组织进行自我改造与创新,尝试与新媒体时代接轨,不仅可以促进自身高效发展,还可以为传统媒体转型改革提供良好支撑.基于此,本文以传统媒体人面临的挑战为立足点,深入分析与研究媒体融合时代传统媒体人转变举措.
Abstract
In the new era,the integration process of traditional media and new media is accelerating,which brings great challenges to the career development of traditional media people,but also provides a new direction and ideas,combined with the trend of media convergence and market demand,the organization of self-transformation and innovation,try to connect with the new media era,which can not only promote their own efficient development,but also provide a good support for the transformation and reform of traditional media.Based on this,this paper takes the challenges faced by traditional media people as a foothold,in-depth analysis and study of traditional media people in the era of media convergence transformation initiatives.
