虚拟数字人优化校企合作师资队伍

摘要
"职教20条"中明确提出要促进产教融合校企"双元"教育,促进校企共同办学基础上,一同制定人才培养方案,及时将新技术、新流程、新规范纳入教学标准和教学内容,健全专业教学资源库,推动校企全面加强深度合作.本文从校企合作办学中师资队伍存在的问题出发,探讨校企合作教师发展应该改进的方向,进一步发掘虚拟数字人教师在校企合作办学中推进教师发展方面的应用,最后针对虚拟数字人如何优化校企合作师资队伍问题进行进一步的讨论探讨.
Abstract
"Vocational education 20"clearly puts forward to promote the integration of production and education,school and enterprise"dual"education,to promote the school and enterprise common school based on the development of talent training programs together,the timely incorporation of new technologies,new processes,new norms into the teaching standards and teaching content,improve the professional teaching resource base,and promote the comprehensive strengthening of in-depth cooperation.Professional teaching resource base,to promote school-enterprise cooperation to strengthen the depth of cooperation in a comprehensive manner.This paper starts from the problems existing in the teacher team in the school-enterprise cooperation,explores the direction that the teacher development in the school-enterprise cooperation should be improved,further explores the application of virtual digital person teacher in the school-enterprise cooperation to promote the development of teachers,and finally discusses how to optimize the teacher team in school-enterprise cooperation with regard to virtual digital person for further discussion and exploration.
