智能门作为智能家居产品里的一个全新品类在市场上崭露头角,越来越来的企业投入到智能门的研发工作中.智能门产品属于传统制造业与现代电子行业跨行业产品的典型代表.本文以嵌入式智能门控系统为案例,阐述了其机械结构设计的总体思路及过程,在制作了实物功能样机的基础上,对机械结构设计进行了一定优化.最后总结了在进行智能门这一类跨行业产品的机械结构设计时的总体原则与关键注意点.
Abstract
As a brand new category of smart home products,smart doors have emerged in the market,and more and more enterprises have invested in the research and development of smart doors.Intelligent door products belong to the traditional manufacturing industry and the modern electronics industry is a typical representative of cross-industry products.This paper takes the embedded intelligent door control system as a case study,describes the general idea and process of its mechanical structure design,and optimizes the mechanical structure design on the basis of making the physical function prototype.Finally,it summarizes the general principles and key points of attention when carrying out the mechanical structure design of such cross-industry products as intelligent doors.
