摘要

虚拟仿真实验教学的中心思想是虚实结合的教学体系,它的建设基于临床案例,数字人虚拟仿真项目,通过3D立体呈现,理解书本平面讲解,引导学生用基础知识分析临床问题,能够提升学生知识应用与迁移的能力,并能做到持续改进,再结合"观察—结合病历—评价—反馈"学习步骤,是一种闭环联动学习方法,还能很好地结合个性化学习的需求,在课后复习及远程学习中更能突显出其优势.

Abstract

The central idea of virtual simulation experimental teaching is the combination of virtual and real teaching system,which is based on clinical cases,the construction of digital human virtual simulation project,through 3D stereo presentation,understanding of the book plane explanation,guiding students to analyze the clinical problems with the basic knowledge,which can enhance the students'ability to apply and migrate their knowledge,and can be achieved through continuous improvement,combined with the"observation Combined with the"observation-combined with medical records-evaluation-feedback"learning steps,it is a closed-loop linkage learning method,which can also be well combined with the needs of personalized learning,and its advantages can be more prominent in post-course review and distance learning.
