Optimization of Measurement Material Management Mode After Docking Based on New Marketing System and Asset Management System
With the successful integration of the new marketing system and asset management system,the enterprise's measurement and material management mode has been greatly improved and enhanced.This study aims to explore the optimization scheme of measurement and material management mode based on the integration of the new marketing system and asset management system,in order to improve the efficiency,accuracy,and resource utilization of material management.Through in-depth analysis of the motivation for integrating the new marketing system and asset management system,as well as the importance of optimizing the measurement and material management mode,combined with the characteristics of the new system,a series of optimization measures are proposed for processes,data sharing,measurement methods,demand forecasting,cost control,risk control,evaluation mechanisms,etc.,to ensure the smooth progress of the optimization work.
