修复方案的制定是部队修理人员开展修理工作的首要环节。但是,层压板材料组分多、结构形式复杂,所以在进行修理铺层设计、打磨尺寸设计时都需要有扎实的力学、材料学理论基础,设计复杂、理论分析难度大等问题一直制约着部队新机修理能力的生成与发展。因此,本论文以层压板结构为研究对象,聚焦层压板结构修理快速分析技术,设计一套修理方案辅助设计算法程序,为部队自主开展各型飞机、武器装备上层压板结构修理工作提供强有力的技术支撑。
Research on Auxiliary Design for Repair of Aircraft Composite Structures
The development of repair program is the first part of the repair work carried out by the force repair personnel,however,the laminate material components,complex structural forms,so in the repair of pavement design,sanding size design need to have a solid theoretical basis of mechanics,material science,design complexity,theoretical analysis of the difficulty of the problem has been restricting the force of the new aircraft repair capacity of the generation and development,therefore,this dissertation is based on the structure of the laminate as the object of study,focusing on the structure of the laminate,and the repair of the new aircraft,and the repair of the new aircraft.Therefore,this thesis takes the laminate structure as the research object,focuses on the laminate structure repair rapid analysis technology,designs a set of repair program auxiliary design algorithm program,and provides strong technical support for the troops to carry out the laminate structure repair work on various types of aircraft and weapons and equipment independently.
