摘要
保密检查是加强保密工作的主要方法,是保密行政管理部门对有关单位和部门贯彻落实党和国家保密工作方针政策、保密法律法规情况进行监督管理的主要手段.这些年展开的保密检查结果发现,多数泄密案的发生都是以计算机网络为基础,特别是内网与外网的相互串联使用所致.为了应对网络环境下的高技术窃密的挟制,相关部门和单位要加大技术检查强度,加强对涉密介质、涉密信息实施、涉密信息体系和涉密场地等的检查,切实增强泄密忧患和漏洞的发掘能力.
Abstract
Confidentiality inspection is the main method to strengthen confidentiality work,and it is the main means for the confidentiality administration to supervise and manage the relevant units and departments to implement the guidelines and policies on confidentiality work of the Party and the State,as well as the confidentiality laws and regulations.The results of confidentiality inspections conducted over the years have revealed that most cases of leakage of confidentiality occur on the basis of computer networks,especially due to the use of intranets and extranets in tandem with each other.Therefore,in order to cope with the hostage of high-tech stealing under the network environment,the relevant departments and units should increase the intensity of technical inspection,strengthen the inspection of classified media,implementation of classified information,classified information system and classified venues,etc.,so as to effectively enhance the ability to discover the leakage concerns and loopholes.
