摘要

本文采用类脑智能技术改进现有的视觉产品阈值判定检测方式,结合边缘计算、深度学习和大数据技术,开发一种基于深度神经网络的智能型烟支检测系统,并在空头缺支检测系统部位安装该检测系统,安装位置不改变原有设备结构,不影响设备操作和维修,研究结果表明该系统提高了卷烟产品的质量保障能力.

Abstract

In this paper,brain-like intelligence technology is used to improve the existing visual product threshold judgment detection method,combined with edge computing,deep learning and big data technology,to develop an intelligent deep neural network-based cigarette branch detection system,and install the detection system in the part of the empty-head lack of detection system,the installation location does not change the original equipment structure,does not affect the operation and maintenance of the equipment,and the results of the study show that the system improves the quality assurance capability of cigarette products.
