A Method to Stabilize Frame Rate in Controlled Sampling
This paper first explores the significance of a relatively fixed and stable frame rate in control sampling,then introduces and comments on some common frame stabilization methods in the industry and some exploratory solutions of experimental nature,and describes the grounded application of some of these related technologies in the digital monitoring project of Unicom.Finally,a summary is made by categorizing the common frame stabilization methods based on factors such as usage scenarios,latency,accuracy,and implementation cost.
