摘要

本文深入探讨了数字化背景下人事档案管理的优化研究,着重分析了数字化管理对管理效率、信息安全以及人事管理制度的影响.数字化管理系统为管理提供了更高效、便捷、安全的管理方式,但也伴随着诸多挑战,如安全性、操作效率、法律合规等问题.本研究旨在深入探讨数字化背景下事业单位人事档案管理的优化策略,旨在发现并解决传统管理方式存在的问题,以此推动事业单位人事档案管理的现代化与规范化,促进事业单位更好地适应信息化时代的需求和挑战.

Abstract

This paper discusses in depth the optimization research of personnel file management in the context of digitalization.It focuses on the impact of digital management on management efficiency,information security and personnel management system.The digital management system provides a more efficient,convenient,and secure way of management,but it is also accompanied by many challenges,such as security,operational efficiency,legal compliance,and other issues.The purpose of this study is to explore in depth the optimization strategy of personnel file management in institutions under the background of digitization,aiming at identifying and solving the problems existing in the traditional management methods,so as to promote the modernization and standardization of personnel file management in institutions,and to promote institutions to better adapt to the needs and challenges of the information age.
