边海防多模态卫星遥感目标监测关键技术体系研究

摘要
我国沿海经贸活动愈加频繁,伴随而来的是走私偷渡等犯罪活动也日益严重,非法资源采挖、开矿等行为的监管难度日益增大,边海防目标监测难度日益增大,对卫星遥感监测需求愈加迫切.本文以提升我国边海防遥感图像资源的目标监测应用能力为根本出发点,设计其监测平台和技术体系,为边海防监测系统的建立奠定基础.
Abstract
China's coastal economic and trade activities are more and more frequent,accompanied by smuggling and smuggling and other criminal activities have become increasingly serious,illegal resource extraction,mining and other behaviors of the increasing difficulty of supervision,border and sea defense target monitoring is increasingly difficult,the satellite remote sensing monitoring needs more and more urgent.In this paper,we will take the enhancement of the target monitoring application capability of remote sensing image resources of China's border and sea defense as the fundamental starting point,design its monitoring platform and technical system,and lay the foundation for the establishment of border and sea defense monitoring system.
