摘要
本文从优化外挂检测设备管理水平的角度出发,提出了构建基于数据驱动的卷包车间外挂检测设备智能管理系统,着力解决因卷烟车间外挂检测设备种类繁多带来的不易管理和生产数据利用不充分等问题.在实现外挂检测设备统一管理的基础上,本文通过数理统计方法完成生产数据的状态分析.
Abstract
From the perspective of optimizing the management level of the external testing equipment,this paper proposes to build a data-driven intelligent management system for the external testing equipment in the packaging workshop to solve the problems such as the wide variety of external testing equipment in the cigarette workshop,difficult management and insufficient use of production data.On the basis of unified management of external testing equipment,this paper completes the state analysis of production data by mathematical statistics.
