基于STM32微控制器与西门子PLC的普车安全操作系统设计

本文提出了一种基于STM32和PLC控制系统.STM32F3和作为主控芯片,采用限位开关、oled模块、STM32和PLC之间信号传输和VL53L0X激光测距模块的数据控制舵机,在发生不合理操作时进行智能控制.同时,系统配备了OLED液晶屏、启动/急停指示灯,能更直观地观察到普车的工作状态和安全工作区间.实验结果表明,本系统具有良好的稳定性和实用性,可以满足普车安全教育的需求,为普车安全操作的智能控制的发展提供了一种新思路.
Design of a General Vehicle Safety Operating System Based on STM32 Microcontroller and Siemens PLC
This paper proposes a control system based on STM32 and PLC,STM32F3 and as the main control chip,using limit switches,oled module,signal transmission between STM32 and PLC and the data of VL53L0X laser rangefinding module to control the servo,and to carry out intelligent control in the case of unreasonable operation.At the same time,the system is equipped with OLED LCD screen and start\emergency stop indicator,which can observe the working status and safe working interval of the PLC more intuitively.The experimental results show that this system has good stability and practicability,which can meet the needs of the safety education of the general-purpose vehicle,and provides a new way of thinking for the development of the intelligent control of the general-purpose vehicle's safe operation.
