基于多传感信息融合的集控站综合智能管理柜设计

由于集控站的设备管理大多仍采用传统的人工方式,导致管理安全性低、易出错.因此,本文设计一种基于多传感信息融合的集控站综合智能管理柜.通过采用系统管理主机、控制器、读卡器、电子锁及传感器等模块设计集控站综合智能管理柜的硬件结构.功能设计上,通过指纹识别技术认证用户身份,实现智能管理柜内工具的取还.基于多传感信息融合技术感知集控站内设备运行状态,完成集控站设备状态的监测.测试结果表明,集控站综合智能管理柜的指纹识别准确度为100%、认证时间小于0.1s,证实了设计的综合智能管理柜安全可靠.
Design of Integrated Intelligent Management Cabinet for Centralized Control Station Based on Multi-sensor Information Fusion
Since most of the equipment management in the centralized control station still adopts the traditional manual method,which leads to low management security and error-prone.Therefore,this paper designs a comprehensive intelligent management cabinet for centralized control station based on multi-sensor information fusion.The hardware structure of the integrated intelligent management cabinet of the centralized control station is designed by adopting modules such as system management host,controller,card reader,electronic lock and sensor.In terms of functional design,the user identity is authenticated by fingerprint identification technology to realize the retrieval of tools in the intelligent management cabinet;based on multi-sensor information fusion technology,it senses the operating status of the equipment in the centralized control station and completes the monitoring of the state of the equipment in the centralized control station.The test results show that the fingerprint identification accuracy of the integrated intelligent management cabinet of the centralized control station is 100%and the authentication time is less than 0.1s,which confirms that the designed integrated intelligent management cabinet is safe and reliable.
