本文提出了一种LED平板灯透镜设计方法.为了实现更广泛的输出混光和更好的出光效率,采用了LED灯珠作为光源,并设计了特殊的透镜结构用于平板灯.通过优化混光透镜的几何形状和LED光源排布,实现了对混合光线的有效控制,并提高了混光效果和亮度均匀度.通过计算机模拟仿真结果表明,所设计的LED平板灯透镜具有较高的混光效果和较低的能耗,适用于各种照明应用场景,为LED照明技术提供了一种新的应用方向.
Design of LED Flat Light Based on Double Free-form Lens
This paper presents a lens design method for LED flat lamp.In order to achieve a wider range of output light mixing and better light output efficiency,LED lamp beads are used as the light source,and a special lens structure is designed for flat lamps.By optimizing the geometry of the mixing lens and the arrangement of the LED light source,the effective control of the mixing light is realized,and the mixing effect and brightness uniformity are improved.The computer simulation results show that the designed LED flat lamp lens has higher light mixing effect and lower energy consumption,which is suitable for various lighting application scenarios,and provides a new application direction for LED lighting technology.
