Deformation Monitoring Method of Amusement ride Frame Structure Based on Binocular Stereo Vision Technology
Conventional methods for monitoring the deformation of amusement ride frame structures are based on parallax image monitoring, and the monitoring results may be disturbed by the influence of lighting conditions, occlusion and other problems. Therefore,an amusement ride frame structure deformation monitoring method based on binocular stereo vision technology is designed. The structural deformation monitoring calibration parameters are set based on binocular stereo vision technology, and the binocular camera calibration principle is adopted to calibrate the frame structure monitoring images to ensure the accuracy of structural deformation monitoring.Monitor the deformation shrinkage creep law of the frame structure of amusement facilities, analyze the additional bending moment and shear force of the frame structure to produce relative displacement, determine the gravity distribution of shrinkage creep in the structural deformation, and avoid the problem of deformation monitoring errors.Using comparative experiments,it is verified that the deformation monitoring accuracy of this method is higher and can be applied in real life.
