Exploring Quality Digital Transformation Based on Value Stream Analysis
This paper introduces the concept of value stream analysis,through the analysis of the key steps of the quality management business process,identifies the explosive points that can be improved,and solves them through the digital transformation program,and ultimately realizes the quality management work to improve the quality and increase the efficiency,so as to help the refinement of the enterprise quality management.
