Study of Atmospheric Propagation Effects under Millimeter-wave Communications
Drawing upon the system architecture of space-based platform communication and taking into account the influence of Earth's curvature,this article analyzes the attenuation introduced by atmospheric absorption,cloud cover,fog,and rainfall on signal transmission.It proposes a fading model for millimeter-wave communication systems,conducts corresponding derivations,and derives a formula for calculating the attenuation of millimeter-wave wireless propagation.
