随着5G和工业互联网技术的飞速发展,智能制造领域迎来了新一轮的技术革新.本文聚焦于数字孪生技术在智慧工厂中的应用,探讨了其在生产优化、效率提升、成本降低和安全增强方面的关键作用.结合人工智能(AI)和增强现实(AR)技术,数字孪生不仅实现了生产设备的可视化监控和管理,还通过构建虚拟数字副本,为设备的实时状态监测和参数分析提供了直观的展示平台.本文通过在重庆某公司的实践案例,展示了数字孪生技术如何通过三维仿真建模,实现企业场景的高精度数字孪生构建,以及如何通过IVIOTVP智能视觉技术,实现对生产现场的实时监控和智能分析.此外,本文还讨论了数字孪生技术的关键技术点,包括数据可视化、三维场景构建、实时数据驱动和智能组态,以及这些技术如何促进产业的数字化转型.
Application of Digital Twin Technology in Enterprise Smart Factory
With the rapid development of 5G and industrial internet technology,the field of intelligent manufacturing has ushered in a new round of technological innovation.This paper focuses on the application of digital twin technology in smart factories and explores its key role in production optimization,efficiency improvement,cost reduction and safety enhancement.Combining Artificial Intelligence(AI)and Augmented Reality(AR)technologies,digital twin not only realizes the visual monitoring and management of production equipment,but also provides an intuitive display platform for real-time status monitoring and parameter analysis of the equipment by constructing virtual digital copies.Through the practice case in a company in Chongqing,this paper shows how digital twin technology can realize high-precision digital twin construction of enterprise scenes through 3D simulation modeling,and how to realize real-time monitoring and intelligent analysis of the production site through IVIOTVP intelligent vision technology.In addition,this paper discusses the key technical points of digital twin technology,including data visualization,3D scene construction,real-time data driving and intelligent configuration,and how these technologies can facilitate the digital transformation of industries.
