Research and Practice of Quality Management Digitalization in Aerospace Enterprises
At present,some aerospace enterprises have problems such as"two skins"of quality management,complicated system operation records and inefficient system audit.Based on the development strategy of"digital spaceflight"of aerospace enterprises,it is necessary to improve the efficiency of quality management in order to promote the high-quality development of aerospace enterprises.Focusing on the business requirements of quality management work,we study the construction of informationized quality management system and put forward the idea of using digital means to carry out quality management construction.Through practical application,it realizes the construction goals of informatization of quality management business processes and online availability of system audit document records,which significantly improves quality work efficiency and promotes the high-quality development of aerospace enterprises.
