Research on Intelligent Repair and Maintenance of Tobacco Rolling and Packing Equipment
Tobacco rolling equipment as the core link of tobacco production,its stable operation and efficient output is directly related to product quality and enterprise competitiveness.However,the traditional manual maintenance mode has been difficult to meet the high requirements of modern tobacco production for efficiency,precision and flexibility.Therefore,the study of intelligent repair and maintenance strategy of tobacco rolling equipment is particularly important.This paper analyzes the common failure types of tobacco rolling equipment,and then discusses the design of tobacco rolling equipment maintenance system based on intelligence,hoping to provide reference for the intelligent transformation of tobacco rolling equipment repair and maintenance work.
