Research on the Construction of Intelligent Manufacturing System under Lean Production Mode
The continuous improvement of the level of industrial manufacturing innovation and the constant change of the development situation require industrial enterprises to be able to take the lean production concept as the guide,strengthen the cloud platform,big data,Internet of Things and other new technology applications,build an intelligent manufacturing system,to better serve the production of products,and promote the manufacturing industry toward the development of green,low-carbon and recycling high-quality development.In this paper,on the basis of a brief overview of the connotation of lean production mode,the basic composition of the intelligent manufacturing system is explained,and the key factors of the operation of the intelligent manufacturing system are clarified,so as to play a due reference role in promoting the innovation of manufacturing production mode.
