Design and Implementation of an AI-based Bid Document Writing Assistance System
This paper presents the design and implementation of an AI-based bid document writing assistance system,aimed at improving efficiency and accuracy in document preparation.The system adopts a modular architecture,incorporating functions such as document analysis,content generation,quality checks,and compliance review.It leverages natural language processing(NLP)and machine learning techniques to automate the writing process.Practical application of the system has shown a significant reduction in document generation time,minimized human errors,and enhanced document compliance.In the future,with further expansion of functionality and technological advancements,the system is expected to demonstrate greater adaptability and potential in multi-domain and cross-industry applications,advancing the bid document preparation process towards increased intelligence and automation.
