基于数据孪生的装备维修保障器材储供信息管理系统研究

常规的装备维修保障器材储供信息管理系统多以内容为存储目标,效率较低,导致信息调度频次下降,为此,提出对基于数据孪生的装备维修保障器材储供信息管理系统的设计与研究。根据当前的设计需求,先设定RFID读写器与传感装置,关联存储装置设计,实现系统硬件的设计。在此基础上,结合数字孪生技术,建立器材储供信息管理功能模块,并采用多层级的方式,大幅度提高信息的管理效率,搭接多层级数据库,完成系统软件的设计。最终的系统测试结果表明:针对导入的5组器材储供信息内容,分三个周期进行测定,最终得出的信息调度频次达到了15次以上,这说明在数字孪生技术的辅助下,所设计的装备维修保障器材储供信息管理系统应用效果更佳,针对性更强,具有实际的应用价值。
Research on the Information Management System of Storage and Supply of Equipment for Equipment Maintenance and Protection based on Data Twins
Conventional equipment maintenance and protection equipment storage and supply information management system database is mostly content as the storage target,which is less efficient and leads to the decrease of information scheduling frequency,for this reason,we propose the design and research of equipment maintenance and protection equipment storage and supply information management system based on data twin.According to the current design requirements,the first set of RFID read-write and sensing devices,associated storage device design,to achieve the design of the system hardware;on this basis,combined with the digital twin technology,the establishment of equipment storage and supply information management function module,and the use of multi-level approach,greatly improve the management efficiency of information,and connect the multi-level database,to complete the design of the system software.The final system test results show that:for the imported 5 groups of equipment storage and supply information content,measured in three cycles,the final information scheduling frequency reached more than 15 times,which indicates that the digital twin technology,the designed equipment maintenance and protection equipment storage and supply information management system application effect is better,more targeted,has practical application value.
