为研究AI技术在网络运维中的应用,本文基于自然语言处理(NLP)技术提出了一种构建AI运维机器人的方案。该方案利用BERT和TextCNN等先进模型,实现了运维意图识别和操作自动化,结合知识图谱模型化网络信息,提升了运维效率。通过在贵州移动的应用和效果分析,结果表明该方案显著提高了运维效率、准确性和可靠性。
Exploration and Practice of Building AI Operation and Maintenance Robot based on NLP Technology
In order to study the application of AI technology in network operation and maintenance,this paper proposes a scheme to build an AI operation and maintenance robot based on natural language processing(NLP)technology.The scheme utilizes advanced models such as BERT and TextCNN to realize O&M intent recognition and operation automation,and combines with knowledge graph modeling network information to improve O&M efficiency.Through the application and effect analysis in Guizhou Mobile,the results point out that the scheme significantly improves the operation and maintenance efficiency,accuracy and reliability.
