Research and Application of Generalized Algorithm of Vision for Automatic Loading of Flexible Vibrating Disk
Aiming at the current situation of multi-species production mode in industrial field,a generalized vision algorithm for automatic loading of flexible vibrating disk applicable to multi-specification and multi-morphology products is designed.The basic hardware consists of industrial cameras,lenses,and peripheral light sources,etc.On this basis,the integrated development of multi-class PLC communication,the development of a general vision guidance system for small batch,multi-species,different specifications,different forms of products,and for the subsequent maintenance of the easy-to-use parameter modification module,to achieve the accurate capture of products under different working conditions.It saves engineers'program development time and cost,and meets the demand of automatic loading of all kinds of products.
