A Study on User Experience Optimization of Generative AI Technology in B2C E-commerce APP Design
This study explores the integration and development of generative AI technology in B2C e-commerce APP and its optimization of user experience.Firstly,it outlines the definition,characteristics and application status of generative AI technology in e-commerce field,and analyzes the challenges and development trends of B2C e-commerce APP market.Then the application of generative AI technology in the construction of personalized recommendation system and the intelligent enhancement of interaction design is discussed in detail,and the user experience optimization strategies and practices based on this technology are proposed,including interface optimization and the simplification and intelligence of shopping process.Through empirical research,a representative B2C e-commerce APP is selected for case study and effect evaluation,and user experience evaluation indexes and data analysis methods are adopted to verify the actual effect of generative AI technology in enhancing user experience.Finally,the research results are summarized,and the future direction of the integration of technological progress and e-commerce industry as well as the continuous optimization of user experience is envisioned.
