袋式除尘器在我国的水泥、钢铁、电力等行业已得到了广泛应用,而漏袋查找一直是生产企业维修工作的重点.在基于交流耦合技术的颗粒物监测仪采集的大量实时数据中提取出基线值、逃逸峰面积、谷值三个主要特征指标对袋除尘器运行状态进行数字化监控,采用局部异常因子LOF算法计算的基线值,可以准确跟踪工艺变化以及布袋泄漏状态,其与环保颗粒物CEMS同时段数据的线性相关性系数为0.85;同时采用基线值准确预测了袋除尘器布袋漏洞的生成,采用逃逸峰面积和谷值对布袋仓室的状态进行监测,准确定位了布袋泄漏的位置,对指导生产现场定点维修、实现颗粒物的达标排放有很大的应用价值.
Bag filter dust removal technology has been widely used in cement,steel,electric power and other industries,but finding leaky bag filter is a difficult for manufacturing enterprises.Three main features,baseline value,slip peak area and valley value,are acquired from a large number of realtime data collected by AC coupling dust monitor,which are used to digitally display the bag filter running status,and locate the leaking location of the bag filters.The baseline value calculated by the improved local outlier factor LOF(local outlier factor)algorithm can accurately track the process change and bag leaking status,and its correlation coefficient with the particulate CEMS data is 0.85.For the off-line bag filter,slip peak area and valley value are used to locate the leaking bag house,which is used to precise maintenance the bag filters and achieve the deep emission reduction.
