摘要
为响应国家推进循环经济发展和节能减排的相关政策,我公司决定对现有水泥生产线进行节能降碳,采用500t/d空气脉动预燃炉技术将生活垃圾的水泥资源化系统改造升级,提高替代燃料使用量,进一步降低生产成本、减少碳排放,提高公司绿色发展能力.实践证明,系统改造后在处理500t/d替代燃料的情况下,烧成系统的标煤耗可下降至83.73kg/t,且对水泥窑生产无其它不利影响,实现了经济效益和社会效益双丰收.
Abstract
In response to the relevant policies of promoting circular economy development and energy conservation and emission reduc-tion in the country,our company has decided to save energy and reduce carbon emissions on the existing cement production line.We will use 500 t/d air pulsation pre combustion furnace technology to upgrade the cement resource utilization system for household waste,increase the use of alternative fuels,further reduce production costs,reduce carbon emissions,and enhance the company's green devel-opment capacity.Practice has proven that after the system renovation,the standard coal consumption of the firing system can be re-duced to 83.73 kg/t when processing 500 t/d of alternative fuels,and there are no other adverse effects on cement kiln production,achieving a dual harvest of economic and social benefits.
