SNCR精准脱硝技术在水泥生产中的实践应用

LHK公司在今年节能降碳改造后,熟料产量上升,NOx排放本体浓度增大,而原有脱硝系统使用时间久,设备老化,喷枪位置少,覆盖面小等,在满足NOx环保排放指标达到100mg/m3以下时,吨熟料氨水用量在3.1kg/t左右,经过SNCR精准脱硝改造后,进行多层多点布置氨水喷枪位置,精确计量每组喷枪的氨水流量和压缩空气量,动态调节喷枪的雾化效果,控制烟囱NOx排放(标况下)低于100mg/m3,吨熟料氨水用量降至2.14kg/t,氨水用量节约了 30.96%.
The practical application of SNCR precise denitrification technology in cement production
After the energy-saving and carbon reduction renovation of LHK Company this year,the production of clinker has increased,and the concentration of NOx emissions has increased.However,the original denitrification system has been used for a long time,the equipment is aging,the spray gun positions are few,and the coverage is small.When the NO,environmental emission index reaches be-low 100 mg/m3,the amount of ammonia water per ton of clinker is about 3.1 kg/t.After the SNCR precise denitrification renovation,the ammonia water spray gun positions are arranged in multiple layers and points,Accurately measuring the ammonia flow rate and com-pressed air volume of each spray gun,dynamically adjusting the atomization effect of the spray gun,controlling the chimney NO,emis-sion(under standard conditions)to be less than 100 mg/m3,reducing the ammonia consumption per ton of clinker to 2.14 kg/t,and sav-ing 30.96%of ammonia consumption.
