Characteristic analysis of the new DAC arc hyperbolic feeding device of the new roller press
In view of the great influence of the motion trajectory of the roller press feeding device on the system efficiency,a new DAC hyperbolic feeding device is designed,and its structural composition is decomposed.Through the study of four key elements such as feed inlet,side baffle,oblique insert plate and actuator,the design methods of valley settlement inlet,coaxial cascading side baffle,permeable oblique insert and intelligent integrated actuator are proposed,and the structural characteristics are analyzed.After the ap-plication of the product design,the results show that the DAC arc hyperbolic feeding device can increase the output of the combined grinding system from 210 t/h to 237 t/h,an increase of 12.8%,and reduce the power consumption from 34.2 kWh/t to 31.9 kWh/t,and the effect of increasing production and saving energy is obvious.
