Research on optimization scheme of alarm system for PCS7 control system in cement factory
This paper aims to study and solve the problem of alarm system overflow in distributed control systems(DCS),which se-verely limits or fails the function of alarm systems.This article proposes a method to reduce alarm messages by optimizing and process-ing alarm systems,with the most important being to retain important information related to production process safety and operability,while reducing unnecessary interfering information.Through this approach,alarm messages can provide useful guidance to operators,helping them better respond to abnormal situations and reduce accident risks.Finally,the application effects of implementing the opti-mization plan were demonstrated,and the development trend of future intelligent alarm management systems was discussed.
