摘要

本文就固体替代利用现状及预处理技术进行介绍,为降低固体替代燃料对水泥生产的影响,现已形成较为完善的生活垃圾、废旧轮胎、废纺织布料和生物质等处置工艺,也对替代燃料热值大小、水分高低和粒径粗细等指标进行了合理化控制,为后续替代燃料在水泥行业中的使用提供一定的参考经验与理论支撑.

Abstract

This article introduces the current situation and pre-treatment technology of solid substitution utilization.In order to reduce the impact of solid substitution fuels on cement production,a relatively complete disposal process for household waste,waste tires,waste textile fabrics,and biomass has been formed.The reasonable control of indicators such as the calorific value,moisture content,and particle size of substitution fuels has also been carried out,providing certain reference experience and theoretical support for the subsequent use of substitution fuels in the cement industry.
